3. When the hydraulic station is in operation or high-pressure state, it is forbidden to disassemble the hydraulic components to prevent high-pressure hydraulic oil from splashing and injuring people.
4. When the equipment is not finished feeding, it is forbidden to loosen the filter plate by the return stroke, otherwise it will cause material leakage and even casualties.
5. When repairing the equipment, the main power switch of the filter press should be turned off.
6. It is forbidden to operate when the filter plate is missing to avoid accidents caused by insufficient cylinder stroke.
7. If the pressure gauge and overflow valve are damaged, they should be replaced in time to prevent the hydraulic cylinder from being in a high-pressure state for a long time, causing the cylinder and oil pipe to burst and causing casualties.
8. The hydraulic oil of the hydraulic station must be filled to two-thirds of the scale of the liquid level gauge on the oil tank; otherwise, it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic station.
9. The hydraulic station should be prevented from entering water or dirt. If the hydraulic oil turns white, it should be replaced in time.
10. The filter plate and filter cloth should be cleaned before pressing. The filter plate should be aligned in the center, and the filter cloth should be cleaned to ensure that there is no residual mud; otherwise, it will cause the main beam to deform and affect the service life of the equipment.
