Structural Features
Upper Die Assembly
Includes the upper die plate and punch. The upper die plate connects to the press and transmits pressure, while the punch shapes the brake shoe according to its outer contour.
Lower Die Assembly
Includes the lower die plate, female die (mold cavity), and die base. The lower die plate supports the structure, while the female die forms the internal shape of the brake shoe. The die base ensures stability and support.
Guiding Mechanism
To align the upper and lower dies accurately during pressing, guide pillars (on the lower die) and guide sleeves (on the upper die) are used. These components ensure precise positioning and forming accuracy.
Ejection Mechanism
After pressing, the brake shoe must be removed from the mold. This is done using ejector pins or push plates powered by the press or other mechanisms.
