Working process
Loading
Raw materials- friction powders, adhesives, and backing plates are placed into the mold cavity.
Heating & Pressurization
The heating system raises the mold temperature while the hydraulic press applies pressure.
Curing Process
Under high heat and pressure, the adhesive undergoes a chemical reaction, bonding materials together to form a solid, high-performance brake pad.
Unloading
After the curing cycle completes, the mold unlocks automatically for easy removal of finished products.
