Working Principle
According to Pascal's Law, pressure applied to a confined fluid is transmitted equally in all directions. In the H Frame Hydraulic Press, when the pump applies pressure to the hydraulic fluid, it transfers this force to the piston. Because the piston has a relatively large surface area, it amplifies the pressure, generating a large force.
When the piston moves downward, it performs tasks like pressing, stamping, or stretching the workpiece placed on the lower beam's mold. Throughout the process, the hydraulic system and control system manage the oil flow, pressure, and piston speed to ensure precise operation.
