Curing Oven For Brake Pad
The curing oven for brake pads is designed for the thermal processing of components such as brake pads, brake linings, brake shoes, and clutch plates. It features a high-precision intelligent programmable temperature controller, automatic PID parameter adjustment, a low-noise air circulation system, and an advanced exhaust system.
This oven cures powder-sprayed workpieces. When thermoset powder heats up, it melts, flows, and chemically reacts to form a polymer on the workpiece surface, fixing static - curing - induced coating unevenness and enhancing product performance and appearance.

Application
For batch curing of brake pads, pads are typically stacked in turnover boxes. Using a forklift, 4–6 boxes are loaded onto a trolley, which is then guided into the curing oven via rails.
However, during R&D processes-such as the development and testing of new materials-small batches of brake pads also require curing. To prevent mixing test samples with mass-produced items, we have specially designed a laboratory curing oven for small-scale curing needs. This lab oven is compact, cost-effective, and efficient, making it ideal for R&D departments.
Although smaller, the lab curing oven includes all the core functions of a standard curing oven and allows users to set customized curing programs.
