The Brake Pad Friction Material Mixer consists of a main motor, reducer, coupling, dust removal device, feeding device, observation door, plow, rake, high-speed stirring blades, stirring motor, fuselage, and other components, as shown in the attached drawings. It features a compact structure, simple operation, and convenient maintenance.

Equipped with a variable frequency governor, it enables seamless starting and stopping processes. Moreover, users can customize various mixing speeds and working durations according to their specific needs.
This Brake Pad Friction Material Mixer integrates raw material feeding, crushing, and mixing functions. An optional cylinder jacket allows for heating and cooling control of the mixture. The inner surface of the barrel is precisely bored with no dead angles and is guaranteed to be 100% round.
