1. These special brake pad molds are available in both single-cavity and double-cavity types, which can be customized according to customers' specific needs.
2. The mold uses a multi-layer continuous hot-pressing process (customized based on customers' equipment and requirements). They are easy to operate, have a high output, and are convenient for maintenance.
3. The mold core is made of 40Cr forged parts, and after the heat treatment process, its hardness reaches HRC38-42.
4. High-quality die steel is used inside the mold frame. After the heat treatment process, its hardness is HRC58-60. It features wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and extrusion resistance, which can significantly prolong the service life of the mold and ensure product precision.
5. The positioning of the brake pad molds depends on the product mechanism, and exhaust grooves are added around the core.
