Operating Points
Before switching on the machine, check whether all parts of the machine are normal, including whether the conveyor belt can operate normally, whether the film of the film supply system is installed correctly, and whether the heating and cutting elements of the sealing and cutting system are intact.
During operation, pay attention to the position and direction of product placement to ensure that the film wraps the product evenly. For example, for products with labels or patterns, it is important to place the labels or patterns in the proper position to make the packaged product more aesthetically pleasing.
According to the size of the product and the characteristics of the film, reasonably adjust the parameters such as conveyor speed, film conveying volume and sealing and cutting temperature. Generally speaking, when the film is thicker, the sealing and cutting temperature should be increased appropriately; when the product is larger, the conveyor speed should be slowed down appropriately.
Precautions
In terms of safety, as the sealing and cutting system involves heating and cutting operations, it is important to prevent the operator from getting burned and scratched by the blades. Machines are usually equipped with guards, and operators should not remove them at will during operation.
The quality of the film is critical. To use the quality of qualified heat shrink film, to avoid the film quality problems lead to poor packaging results, such as film rupture, uneven shrinkage, etc.. At the same time, pay attention to the storage environment of the film to avoid moisture or dust on the film, which will affect its performance.
Carry out regular maintenance and servicing of the machine, including cleaning the dust inside the machine, checking and replacing worn parts, etc. In particular, the heating elements and blades of the sealing and cutting system need to be checked regularly for performance and wear.
