1. Please use the hydraulic oil recommended by the hydraulic press and tensile machine manufacturers, and choose hydraulic oil with appropriate viscosity. If the viscosity of the hydraulic oil is too high, especially in areas with low ambient temperature, it will increase the flow friction and cause overheating.
2. The hose should be reliably clamped and positioned, and the hydraulic components, such as pumps and hydraulic cylinders, should be replaced in time when they are worn. Because the worn components will cause increased leakage, the pump outputs at full flow for a long time, and the oil will cause a large pressure drop through the narrow leakage gap, and the increase in the slow flow output time also increases the friction time of the fluid, so the oil temperature will rise.
3. Keep the oil system clean inside and outside. The pollutants outside the system will isolate and hinder the normal cooling of the oil circuit. The pollutants inside the system will cause wear and lead to oil leakage. Both situations will cause the oil system to heat up.
4. Check the liquid level of the oil tank frequently. If the oil level is too low, the system will not have enough oil to carry away the heat.
