Production Process:
Precise Control, Quality Assurance From raw materials to finished products, the process undergoes strict control through 12 core steps: raw material selection → drying and impurity removal → precise ingredient proportioning → mixing and stirring → hot pressing (160℃, 16.8MPa, 40min) → post-treatment curing (160℃, 4h) → precision machining → heat dissipation groove opening → steel backing adhesion testing → performance sampling testing → full appearance inspection → finished product packaging. The hot pressing process has been repeatedly optimized to ensure complete adhesion between the friction material and the steel backing's perforated holes, eliminating the risk of detachment during braking.
