This equipment is a dry-type sanding machine with a 1+1 sanding belt combination.
It is mainly used for flat surface polishing, deburring, and surface finishing of workpieces, making the surface smooth.
It can also achieve metal sheet surface treatments such as hairline finish, oxide layer removal, and polishing.
It removes burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, and plasma cutting processes in one pass. The process is safe, reliable, and ensures perfect results for the workpiece.
Working Principle
This dry-type processing equipment first uses a wide sanding belt unit to remove slag particles, large burrs, and large protrusions from the surface of the workpiece.
Then, a fine sanding belt unit ensures a smooth, burr-free finish. The coarse and fine sanding units can operate independently, enabling hairline finishing, polishing, and oxide removal on metal sheets
