General operating rules for hydraulic presses
1. Do not understand the machine structure, performance, and operating procedures should not start the machine without authorization.
2. Before driving to work, check whether the lubricating oil is normal.
3. The machine in the working process, should not be repaired or adjusted mold it is strictly prohibited to touch the moving part or put your hand into the moving space.
4. When the machine finds oil leakage or other anomalies (such as unreliable action, loud noise, vibration, and impact, etc.), it should stop to analyze the cause, try to eliminate the fault, and shall not put the equipment into production with a fault.
5. Strictly abide by the pressure and travel range stipulated by the machine, strictly prohibit overpressure, overrange, overload use, and avoid off-load use.
6. Electrical equipment grounding must be solid and reliable.
