The selection of the oil tank of the four-column hydraulic press should consider the oil tank capacity and cooling effect, the installation requirements of the oil inlet and return lines, and the removal of bubbles and dirt. In oil applications, when the inclined axial piston pump exceeds the rated speed, the oil pump outlet will be pressurized to supply oil to ensure that the oil inlet pressure of the hydraulic pump is 0.2-0.4MPa, that is, low-pressure pump oil, and its flow rate should be 120% higher than the main pump flow rate. When the speed is reduced, the oil inlet is allowed to self-prime. The radial piston pump can be used at the rated speed and can be self-priming.
However, the liquid level in the oil tank should be more than 500mm higher than the hydraulic pump inlet to prevent oil shortage. The inclined axial piston pump is reversible, so this hydraulic component can generally be used as a high-speed hydraulic motor. The internal curve of the hydraulic motor is a reversible hydraulic component. The hydraulic motor oil port should ensure that the back pressure valve is open, and the hydraulic motor outlet has a pressure of about 0.5-1MPa to avoid collision on the side of the guide roller and cause noise and damage to parts. The hydraulic motor oil port should be installed upwards. The housing should be filled with lubricating oil before use, and attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the oil.
