1. Check press electrical circuits and components every month. The switch button is intact.
2. Check the hydraulic system monthly. Oil pump, cylinder, solenoid valve work normally. No leakage.
3. Check the mechanical parts of the equipment for half a year. Repair or replace badly worn parts.
4. Clean the electrical cabinet for half a year. Keep the cabinet clean, dry and free of debris.
5. Check and correct the machine tool level every year. Check, adjust and repair accuracy.
6. Maintain once a year.
