3. The mold core is made from 40Cr forged steel, with a heat-treated hardness of HRC38–42.
4. High-quality die steel is embedded in the mold frame. After heat treatment, it reaches a hardness of HRC58–60, providing excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and extrusion resistance. This significantly extends the mold's service life and ensures product precision.
5. Mold positioning is designed based on the product structure. Exhaust vents are added around the core to enhance molding efficiency, reduce foaming, and lower the scrap rate.

Heat Treatment Process

Nitriding Treatment
