Working principle
1. The raw material of the motorcycle disc is placed in the cavity of the lower mould core;
2. The power unit of the hot press drives the upper mould assembly to move downward, closing the upper mould core and the lower mould core, and applying a certain pressure to the raw material. At the same time, the heating system is activated to raise the temperature of the mould to a set value, and the raw material undergoes plastic deformation under the action of high temperature and high pressure, gradually filling the whole cavity and forming a disc with the same shape as the mould cavity.
3. After the hot pressing is completed, the power unit drives the upper mould assembly to move upward to open the mould, and the ejector device ejects the formed disc from the lower mould core, allowing the operator can take out the finished disc.
