Working principle
Preheating: The motorcycle brake disc mould is first preheated to a set temperature using heating tubes in the press machine.
Loading: Place the backing plate on the positioning plate and pour the mixed brake pad material into the center mold cavity.
Mold Closing and Hot Pressing: The upper mold descends, and the lower mold closes while applying a specific amount of pressure. Under high temperature and pressure, the raw materials begin to take shape and gradually form the final shape of the motorcycle brake disc.
Pressure Holding Cycle: After degassing as required by the material specification sheet, a certain pressure is maintained to initiate curing.
Mold Removal: Once curing is complete, open the mold and remove the finished brake discs.
