Products usage and maintenance measures

 

1. Preparation Before Startup:
Check whether the machine is stable. Add lubricating oil to each oil hole and connecting part. Ensure that the power socket is securely plugged in. Adjust the distance of the floating center of the upper die according to the specifications of the rivets. Test the die to ensure the riveting meets the requirements for different product types.

 

2. Operation Method:
Place the material to be riveted at the floating center of the core die and align the hole position. Then insert the workpiece for riveting. Step on the pedal to release the clutch, allowing the upper die to move from the upper dead center to the lower dead center. The rivet enters the hole and is fixed into the material. The die then returns to the original upper dead center, completing one cycle.

 

3. Operation Procedure:
Set the power switch to the "ON" position. Step off the pedal, release the release device, and manually rotate the main shaft clockwise using the handwheel. This will move the upper die from the upper dead center to the lower dead center, and then back again. Lock the clutch to complete one cycle. Once adjustments meet the requirements, manually rotate the upper die clockwise on the spindle to finish the setup.

 

4. Maintenance:
Operators must be trained to properly operate the equipment. Before starting work, fill the oil cup with 20# mechanical oil, and lubricate the equipment 2–4 times per shift. Before supplying air, turn the pressure reducing valve's handwheel counterclockwise. The pressure gauge should indicate a range of 0.5–0.6 MPa. After adjusting the stroke and speed of the one-way throttle valve, lock the brake nut. Periodically drain water from the air filter's drain valve. After completing the work, turn off the power supply and air valve, and clean the equipment and the work area.
