Doing a good job of replacing hydraulic oil can not only keep the hydraulic oil clean to the maximum extent, but also double the efficiency of the hydraulic press. Here is a way to determine whether hydraulic oil needs to be replaced.
(1) Visual oil change method
Decide whether to change the oil according to the changes in the conventional state of the oil, such as the oil turning black, smelly, becoming milky white, etc.
(2) Regular oil change method
According to the environmental conditions of the site where the equipment is located, working conditions and the oil change cycle of the oil used, it will be replaced when it expires. This method is very suitable for enterprises with more hydraulic equipment.
(3) Sampling assay
Regularly sample and test the oil in the hydraulic press to determine the necessary items (such as viscosity, acid value, moisture, particle size and content, and corrosion, etc.)
And indicators, according to the actual measured value of oil quality and the prescribed oil deterioration standards to determine whether the oil should be changed.
