Working Principle
Material turning and mixing: when the mixing shaft drives the plough blade to rotate, the plough blade cuts into the material pile like ploughing. The main plough blade firstly turns the material upwards from the bottom of the container, so that the material forms a circulating flow state.
Convection mixing effect: The plough mixer produces convection mixing of materials through the rotation of the plough blade. Inside the container, the materials are divided into different levels, and the movement of the plough blade makes the materials of different levels exchange positions with each other. This convective mixing can quickly and evenly mix materials of different properties together.
Application Fields
Chemical industry: It is used to mix various powdery and granular chemical raw materials, such as the mixing of pigments, fillers and resins in the production of paints, and the mixing of various fertiliser components in the production of compound fertilisers. In paint production, the plough mixer can ensure that the pigment is evenly dispersed in the resin solution, avoiding the phenomenon of pigment precipitation or uneven colour, so as to ensure the quality of the paint.
Food industry: mixing of food ingredients, such as mixing flour, sugar, salt, milk powder, etc. to make premix for biscuits, pastries and other food products. When making products such as mixed nuts, the plough mixer can evenly mix different kinds of nuts together without destroying the shape of the nuts.
Building materials industry: It is used to mix building materials such as dry mortar production. In dry mortar, cement, sand, additives, etc. need to be mixed precisely, and the plough mixer can perform this task efficiently to ensure the quality and performance of the dry mortar.
Feed industry: various feed ingredients (e.g. maize, soya bean meal, bran, vitamin and mineral additives, etc.) are mixed into a nutritionally complete feed.
