Precautions for use and installation
1, please use the electromagnetic brake in the state of no water, oil, etc., if the friction part is stained with water or oil and other substances, it will greatly reduce the friction and torque, and the sensitivity of the brake will become worse, in order to avoid these situations in use, please add a cover.
2. When used in places with a lot of dust, please put all the brakes into the box. Electromagnetic brakes below 60KGM can be used in the upright type, even for higher models.
3, used to install the brake long shaft size please use JIS0401 H6 or JS6 specifications. Use one of the keys specified in JIS B1301-1959 for mounting shafts.
4. Taking into account thermal expansion and other factors, the thrust of the installation shaft should be selected at 0. 2MM or less.
5, please adjust the mechanical suction gap to within 20% of the specified value during installation.
6, please keep the bracket light, do not use the brake bearing to bear too much pressure.
