3. Lifting hot metal or other dangerous goods, lifting mechanism, as well as the accident, may cause significant danger or loss of the lifting mechanism; each set of independent drive devices should be set up with two sets of support brakes.
4. The manually driven crane, the lifting mechanism, and the amplitude of the mechanism must be equipped with a brake or stop;
