A Hydraulic brake is a hydraulic brake device, its maintenance process has strict requirements. The following is to introduce its maintenance requirements.
(1) When the wear of the brake shoe exceeds the limit and the rivets' friction with the brake wheel, the brake shoe should be replaced.
(2) Check the wear of the pin negative and pin holes of each hinge point, and replace them when the wear exceeds the standard.
(3) Often to the articulation point refueling, to ensure that its movement freely, no jam phenomenon.
(4) Regularly check and adjust the adjustment bolts of the pull rod on the brake to ensure that the clearance and tightness of the brake shoe during opening and braking are within the specified range.
(5) The brake cylinder should maintain a sufficient oil level, and its oil pressure should reach 0.9MPa, without oil leakage and oil seepage.
(6) The hydraulic brake shoe (also known as the brake belt) can not be in contact with oil, especially the friction brake surface should be free of oil dirt.
