Hydraulic push rod brake is widely used on port door machine. The reliability of the brake is directly related to the safety of the person and the device, so the requirements for its reliability are particularly high. However, at present, the hydraulic push rod brake used is more faulty, and the fault phenomena are mainly:
(1) The square coupling between the motor shaft and the blade shaft falls off after loosening, and the motor shaft idles while the hydraulic cylinder does not move.
(2) The push rod of the hydraulic push rod release brake is bent and deformed, and the release brake does not work in place.
(3) The hydraulic push rod brake spring is broken, and the brake cannot be closed.
(4) The movable hinge point of the brake frame is stuck, and the opening and closing action of the brake is slow, or no action.
(5) The movable hinge point latch of the brake frame is loose, and the brake work is not in place
