1. After the hydraulic press is started, what is the reason for the insufficient pressure on the moving beam?
There is a piston on the piston rod of the oil cylinder. First, you need to check whether the seal on the piston is aging or damaged. If the seal is aging, it will leak oil, causing the machine's moving beam to be insufficiently pressured, and the oil cylinder seal needs to be replaced in time.
2. Why is the oil cylinder moving normally when it goes down, but there is resistance when it returns?
