To ensure the uninterrupted operation of the hydraulic brake, it needs to be maintained frequently in daily use:
1. Lubricant is often added to the moving part of the electromagnetic brake.
2. Check the length of armature stroke regularly. Because in the running process of the brake, due to the wear of the cutting surface, the travel length of the armature will increase. When the armature travel length does not reach the normal value, it must be adjusted to restore the small gap between the brake surface and the turntable. If the armature stroke length increases above the normal value, the suction force may be greatly reduced.
3. When replacing the worn brake surface, please adjust the gap between the brake surface and the turntable appropriately from the beginning.
4. Check the tightness of the bolts frequently, especially tighten the bolts of the electromagnet, the bolts of the electromagnet and housing, the bolts of the yoke, the bolts of the electromagnet coil, and the wiring bolts.
5. Regularly observe the mechanical wear of the movable parts and remove dust, hair, and dirt from the appearance of the electromagnet parts.
