Turntable System
Adopts high-strength slewing bearing or dual-chain drive turntable, ensuring stable rotation with low noise (≤75 dB(A)) and low vibration, even when carrying heavy or unbalanced loads. The turntable surface is anti-slip, preventing pallets from sliding during wrapping; automatic return function improves operation efficiency.
Pre-stretch Film Carriage
Professional pre-stretch film carriage design, which can stretch the film to 250%-350% of its original length, maximizing film coverage while minimizing material waste. The film tension is adjustable, suitable for different types of goods (fragile, heavy, irregular), avoiding damage to goods due to excessive tension.
Control Panel
Equipped with Siemens PLC control system and touch screen operation interface, simple and intuitive, easy to learn and operate. Supports multiple programmable wrapping modes, memory function for common parameters, and intelligent alarm for faults, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
Lifting Column
Double chain lifting structure, with frequency conversion adjustable speed, stable lifting and low wear. The integrated alloy aluminum column (optional) is integrally formed by 4000 tons of extrusion, solid and durable, with lifetime warranty available.
Safety & Maintenance
Built-in electricity protection device, emergency stop button, and film carriage bottom safety sensor, ensuring operator safety during operation. Service-friendly design places all maintenance points within easy reach, simplifying maintenance and extending machine service life.
