Q1. Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged?
A: For the first cooperation, we will charge the sample cost, but we will return the sample cost when you place a bulk order. And the courier cost for the sample will be paid by the buyer.
Q2. What about the lead time for the sample?
A: Sample lead time is 2-5 days, mass production time is about 15-45 days, subject to order quantity.
Q3. Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer a one-year warranty.
Q4.What are your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L. Or as agreed in the contract.
Q5. Has your factory passed a CE audit?
A: Yes, our factory passed the ISO 9001 and CE audit.
