working process
Heating Process: When the Automatic Plastic Sealing Packing Machine is powered on, the heating element generates high temperatures, causing the sealing material to heat rapidly and melt at the surface.
Conveying and Cooling: The molten material is transported via a conveyor belt into the cooling zone, where it is rapidly cooled and solidified to complete the sealing process.
Temperature Control: A temperature control system adjusts the heating block to ensure the sealing material reaches the optimal melting temperature.
Cooling and Curing: The cooling system reduces the film's surface temperature appropriately, ensuring the sealed area is fully cured. Finally, the sealed bags are discharged from the machine via a guiding rubber belt and conveyor belt.
