Working Principle

It mimics the inertial movement of a vehicle while in operation. Using a driving mechanism, it accelerates the rotating components linked to the brake to a specific rotational speed. Subsequently, the brake is engaged, and various parameters during the braking process are measured.

 

These measured parameters include braking distance, braking time, braking torque, and braking deceleration, among others. Through analyzing these data, we can comprehensively assess the braking efficiency, stability, and reliability of the brake system.
