Working Principle
🔁 1. Film Wrapping Stage
The Heat Shrink Film Wrapping Machine is first placed on a conveyor system, which delivers it to the wrapping station. Depending on product shape and packaging requirements, one of the following methods is used:
Three-Side Sealing: Film wraps the product from the bottom and both sides
Four-Side Sealing: Film encapsulates the product from all sides
Body Wrapping (Vacuum Fit): Ideal for irregular shapes - film is softened with heat, vacuumed onto the surface, and air is expelled to ensure a snug fit.
🔥 2. Heat Shrinking Stage
Once wrapped, the Heat Shrink Film Wrapping Machine enters the heat shrink tunnel, where hot air (120°C–200°C) is uniformly circulated the package. As the film is heated, it shrinks tightly around the product, forming a smooth, secure, and tamper-evident seal. This effect is due to the film's memory from the manufacturing process, which is reversed through thermal activation.
