The Brake Pad Molding Machine is engineered specifically for producing brake pads for motorcycles, passenger cars, commercial trucks, and trains. Working principle

🔸 Heating System
The mold is uniformly heated to a precise temperature, softening and melting the resin and other components in the brake pad material. This prepares the material for proper molding and curing.

🔸 Pressurization System
A powerful hydraulic or mechanical drive system applies high pressure, pressing the upper mold downward to compact the brake pad material. This process ensures the material fills the mold cavity completely and uniformly, enhancing density, strength, and shape accuracy.

🔸 Curing System
Simultaneous heat and pressure induce a cross-linking reaction in the resin, transforming it from liquid to solid. This cures the material, securing the final form and structural integrity of the brake pad.
