Working Principle
The brake pad hydraulic press drives the hydraulic pump through the electric motor and transfers the hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder, which causes the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to move, thus driving the upper mold to move downward and exerting pressure on the brake pad material placed on the lower mold, so as to make it molded in the mold. During the pressing process, the hydraulic system can accurately control the pressure and stroke to ensure that the thickness and density of the brake pads are uniform.
