Rubber Vulcanizing Machine
Rubber vulcanization is a vital process that strengthens rubber products. By accurately controlling elements like temperature, pressure, and time, it chemically cross-links rubber polymer chains. The Rubber Vulcanizing Machine features a four-column structure. The upper beam, columns, slide beam, table, and nuts form a fixed frame with high strength, rigidity, and precision.
1. The upper beam, table, and slide beam are made from welded A3 steel plates.
2. The hydraulic cylinder is centrally mounted on the slide beam and uses high-performance seals. The piston rod is made from forged carbon steel and chrome-plated for wear resistance.
3. The chrome-plated piston rod offers durability, long service life, and excellent wear resistance.
4. The columns are made of 45# steel with a surface hardness of HRC45-55 for enhanced wear resistance. Nuts are made from 45# forged steel.
Electrical Control System
The electrical control system enables fixed-range and fixed-voltage operations. A circuit breaker in the main circuit provides short-circuit and overload protection. The machine uses a 380V/50HZ three - phase four - wire system. Both the control circuit and the solenoid valve control power supply are AC 220V.
Cartridge valve integrated system
The Rubber Vulcanizing Machine has a cartridge valve integrated system and pressure-holding delay. It resists deformation well, has high precision, and allows adjustment of working pressure and stroke within a set range. It supports manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation.
