Structure and Working Principle
Structural Composition: The main body comprises alternating filter plates and frames. Each filter plate is covered with a dense filter cloth, creating individual and sealed filtration units.
Operation Mechanism: Relying on physical filtration, it forces the separation of solids and liquids through mechanical pressure. When chemical raw material slurries are pumped into the filter chambers under high pressure, the liquid permeates the filter cloth and drains out as filtrate. Meanwhile, solid particles are retained layer by layer, gradually forming a compact filter cake.
