RAM Adjustment and Structure
1.Adjustable Stroke:
The machine offers an adjustable slide stroke within a specified range. The body uses a steel plate welded structure, tempered for strength. It adopts secondary transmission, with the crankshaft positioned horizontally. The flywheel and gears are externally mounted, allowing for easy maintenance.
2.Slider Structure:
The slider adopts a rigid, cast box structure. A pressure overload protection device is integrated into the slider. In the event of an overload, a fuse collapses to protect the machine and the die from damage, ensuring a simple and effective safety mechanism.
Electrical System and Safety Interlock
1.Electrical Components:
The electrical system uses components that are either imported or sourced from Sino-foreign joint ventures, meeting international standards. It ensures reliable safety, long service life, strong anti-interference capability, and includes a radiation unit within the electrical cabinet.
2.Safety Features:
Protective fencing and safety interlocks guarantee operational safety. A movable, single-hand pedal switch is included for ease of operation.


Transmission Control and Brake Systems
1.Combination of Dry Friction Clutch and Pneumatic Brake:
The system combines a dry friction clutch with a pneumatic brake for rigid interlocking and reliable performance. It uses semi-metallic friction material (SMFM88), which reduces pollution and offers a long service life. The system effectively transfers torque with minimal rotational inertia, ensuring smooth transmission, flexible operation, and ease of installation and maintenance.
2.Die Height Adjustment:
The die height adjustment of the slider is manually controlled with scale display for precise measurements. The four triangular rails allow for easy and accurate adjustments.
3.Double Safety Valve:
A double safety valve is used to ensure the accurate implementation of clutch instructions, adding an extra layer of safety during operation.
4.Electrical Control with PLC Integration:
The electrical control system is equipped with a PLC and an 8-group cam controller, ensuring reliable and precise actions.
5.Omron PLC for Centralized Control:
The system uses an Omron PLC for centralized control, which significantly improves the machine's reliability and operational performance.
6.Proximity Switch and Schneider Cam Controller:
The system includes 8 proximity switches, coordinated with a Schneider cam controller, providing reliable synchronization detection and monitoring for optimal performance.
7.Dual Control Mechanism:
The machine is equipped with both a two-hand button and a foot switch, allowing for continuous, single, or inching operations to meet different operational needs.
8.Slow RAM Movement for Mold Adjustment:
The RAM can be moved up slowly, providing the operator with the ability to conveniently control mold adjustments.
