A small friction disk plays an important role where we pay little attention, but why do friction disks break? Generally speaking, there are two cases of friction plate breakage:
1. Freshly pressed and broken after grinding.
- Workers in the filling of friction material is not filled and friction material is not mixed evenly
- Grinding techniques, which is related to work experience
These cases will be singled out in the inspection as nonconforming products, which will not flow into the hands of customers.
2. Broken in the operation of the equipment, the reasons are the following types:
-The friction plate of the long service life, wear and tear.
-Friction plate stained with corrosive stains.
-The temperature is higher than the temperature of the friction plate at the time of ordering to withstand the temperature.
-The speed of rotation is too high, beyond the range of friction pads.
