How many ways are there to connect hydraulic valves?

There are many kinds of hydraulic valve connection methods, the following to introduce several common hydraulic valve connection methods.

1, flange connection

It is connected with the flange of the end of the pipe fitting through the screw hole on the valve body.
This valve is called flanged valve and is suitable for large flow hydraulic system with diameter of 32mm or more. The advantages and disadvantages are the same as threaded connections.

2, threaded connection

Valves with threaded oil ports are called tubular valves. The oil port of the tubular valve is connected to the pipeline with a threaded pipe joint and is thus fixed on the pipeline.

This connection is suitable for simple hydraulic systems with small flow rates. Its advantages are: simple connection, convenient layout,
The oil circuit between each valve in the system is clear at a glance. The disadvantage is that the components are scattered and occupy a large space.

Staggered pipes, multiple connections,
It is not easy to load and unload maintenance, and it is easy to cause oil leakage and air infiltration at the pipe joint, and sometimes vibration and noise will be generated.
