Operation Precautions

 

Before use: check whether the parts of the equipment are normal, whether the level of hydraulic oil is within the prescribed range, whether the power supply is connected correctly, whether the mould is firmly installed and matched with the specifications of the hose and connector to be buckled.


During operation: operate in strict accordance with the operating procedures, place the hoses and fittings correctly in the mould to ensure the accurate position, and avoid buckling on non-buckling parts such as hexagonal nuts. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to put your hands or other body parts into the working area of the mould to prevent accidents.


After use: turn off the power, clean the debris and oil on the surface of the equipment, clean the mould and store it properly. Regularly service and maintain the equipment, check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic system, whether there is wear and tear of each part, etc., and replace the damaged parts in time.
