Working principles
Feeding Stage
Slurry enters the filter chambers through the central feed port between filter plates. Under pressure, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and exits via drainage channels in the plates.
Filtration Stage
Solid particles are retained by the filter cloth, gradually forming a filter cake. Once the chamber is filled and the feed pressure reaches the preset level, feeding stops automatically.
Cake Discharge Stage
The plates are released hydraulically, and filter cakes fall off either by gravity or with the help of a scraper system.
