1, choose the right hydraulic oil
Hydraulic oil in the whole system plays the role of pressure transmission, lubrication, cooling and so on. If the hydraulic oil selection is not appropriate, the hydraulic system will fail and the performance will decline.
2, regular maintenance regularly remove the dirt on the filter screen, if the filter is damaged to replace in time. After the equipment works for a period of time, the washing filter and hydraulic oil tank should be cleaned, and the hydraulic oil should be replaced in time, and the cleaning and replacement cycle should be shortened when the equipment is in high temperature conditions for a long time.
3. Prevent solid impurities from entering the system
When adding or replacing hydraulic oil, the oil should be filtered to prevent solid impurities from blocking the oil circuit after invading the system, especially precision parts, which are easy to block. When cleaning the mailbox, remove the parts should be wrapped to avoid debris pollution. The cleaning oil of the tank should be of the same brand of hydraulic oil and cleaned repeatedly about three times.
4. Prevent air from entering the system
Hydraulic press belongs to high pressure equipment, a large number of air intrusion, will aggravate the "cavitation" phenomenon. In addition, it will also cause the working noise of the system to increase the transmission instability, reduce the efficiency, the oil is easy to oxidize and deteriorate, and sometimes the hydraulic system will produce "crawling" phenomenon.
