working principle
Frequency conversion principle:
Three-phase AC input is converted into DC through a rectifier circuit. The DC is then transformed into variable-frequency AC via an inverter circuit. The output frequency typically ranges from 40 to 150 Hz.
Welding Principle:
The frequency-converted current is transmitted through electrodes to the brake shoe's welding area. Resistance heat generated as current flows through the weldment causes the contact surfaces to quickly heat to a melting state. Under pressure, the two components fuse to form a solid welded joint.
